Terms & Conditions
Accepted Items
We accept broken, non-working, or damaged Gameboy consoles (all models) and TurboGrafx consoles, along with their controllers, games, and accessories. Items must be identifiable and include a legible serial number where applicable.
Offers & Pricing
All offers are made after we review your item(s). Prices quoted before inspection are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Final offers are made upon receipt and assessment of the item.
Payment
Payment is issued after the item has been received and inspected. We will notify you of the final offer before processing payment. Payment method and timeline will be confirmed at the time of the offer.
Shipping
Sellers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping items to us. Retro Realm is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If an item arrives in significantly worse condition than described, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw our offer.

- Items that cannot be identified or verified
- Systems or accessories not listed on this page
Right to Refuse
Retro Realm reserves the right to refuse any item at our discretion. If we are unable to make an offer, we will notify you promptly. Return shipping in such cases is the responsibility of the seller.
